The house has 4 apartments. All apartments with sea view balcony. Bathroom consists of shower and toilet. From early April to late October is the Mediterranean climate to be let.

Central heating is available, so year-round rental is possible. We even advice to travel Croatia during the off season as you get much closer to the locals.

Rent and modalities

Minimum rental: 35 euros per apartment per night. Supplies such as soap, detergents, toilet paper, etc. is by owner not provided, as usual, nationwide,.
